Terms and Conditions
Short answer: By ordering from Liberty Ammo you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy and own ammunition, that your details are true, and that you accept these terms. We review every order before taking payment and may decline or cancel any order that cannot lawfully be completed.
Last updated: November 5, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Liberty Ammo ("Liberty Ammo", "we", "us") for use of libertyammo.store.
1. Who may order
By placing an order you confirm that:
- you are at least 21 years old to buy handgun ammunition, and at least 18 to buy rifle, shotgun or rimfire ammunition, and you meet any higher age required where you live (for example, Colorado requires 21);
- you are not prohibited by federal, state or local law from buying, receiving or possessing ammunition, including under 18 U.S.C. 922(g);
- you are buying for yourself, or for a business that is legally allowed to buy, and not for anyone who is prohibited;
- the delivery address is yours or an address where you may lawfully receive ammunition;
- the information you give us is true and complete.
Making a false statement to buy ammunition is a serious crime. We may report suspected illegal purchases to authorities.
2. Order review and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We review each order and may accept, decline or cancel it. An order is accepted only when we send an invoice and you pay it. No payment is taken at checkout. See How Ordering and Payment Works.
3. Where we ship
We ship only to places where the sale and delivery are lawful and where our Shipping Restrictions by State allow it. We may ask for permit, certificate or ID copies before shipping. We may cancel an order that cannot be shipped lawfully to your address, and we will refund any payment.
4. Prices, stock and errors
We work to keep prices, stock and product details accurate, but errors happen. If we find an error in price, quantity, description or availability, we may correct it before you pay, or cancel the order and refund any payment. Quantities shown as in stock are not reserved until payment is received.
5. Payment
You pay by following the instructions on your invoice. Your order is confirmed only after payment is received. We may refuse or reverse a payment we believe to be fraudulent. Sales tax, where required, is added to your invoice.
6. Shipping, delivery and risk
We hand orders to a ground carrier. An adult aged 21 or older must sign for delivery. Delivery dates are estimates. Please check the package on delivery and report problems within 7 days, as set out in Returns and Refunds. Once the carrier delivers to the address you gave us, the risk of loss passes to you, except for damage or loss we are responsible for under that policy.
7. Cancellations and returns
You may cancel before an order ships. Ammunition cannot be returned once it leaves our warehouse. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled under Returns and Refunds.
8. Product information and warranty
We do not manufacture the products we sell. Product images and descriptions are for guidance. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, apply directly. Except as stated in these terms and where the law does not allow it, products are sold "as is" without other warranties.
9. Your responsibilities
After delivery you are responsible for storing, handling, transporting and using ammunition safely and lawfully. Keep ammunition away from children and unauthorised people. Use only ammunition that is correct for your firearm.
10. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your use, storage or misuse of products after delivery. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Using the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at harmful volume, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access if you do. Site content, logos and text belong to us or our licensors.
